Hermeneutic
I remembered this interesting word today. It means ''interpretive or explanatory''.
It's a word that was used a lot in the plural in my former career. Always thought it was funny when the word "explanations" would have been sufficient and perhaps more suited to the intended audience. But, you know what they say, when you can't dazzle them with brilliance, you baffle them with...hermenuetics. Or in the case of a former co-worker, "hermanuetics".
