Consentaneous

Agreeing or accordant. Also, done by common consent. Unanimous.

How does he do it? Many of us are consentaneous that Grogie comes up with some interesting (if arcane) words.

Perry, I sanction that statement. I believe that is the consensus.

I have read Sir Thomas Browne (1605-1682) and he uses the word dissentaneous which is the antonym.

Are there other adjectives formed by taking a noun and tacking on aneous?

subcutaneous was in my first post before I realized that subcut wasn't a well-known noun by itself nor was miscell. That's why I asked if a minor change in noun-ending words would count.

Good point Bail, my carelessaneousness.
But shirley there are missles

Contemporaneous should count then.

Absolutely correct, but then we wouldn't have been able to be so silly.

The only other words that I can think of that meet the original question are contemporaneous (if you drop a 'y'), and extraneous (extra?).

It would appear Skinem and I posted contemporaneous contemporaneously (if not simultaneously).
