A very dissimilar way of spending holidays is featured in a Swedish cartoon by the national icon of an author, Albert Engström. It is so well known by most Swedes, that only the punchline has to be quoted.

The station-master spent his holidays sitting in front of his station. "Here comes a train, and I don't give a d***. There's another train, and I still don't give a d***."
