Some four hundred years ago, a certain Señor Miguel de Cervantes published El ingenioso hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha, (the first part of) one of the world's greatest novels. Though I am sure that the adjective could never be applied to anyone connected in any way with the Agora, what better way to celebrate this literary quadricentennial than to choose the eponym as GWotD ?...

As for quixotism (new word maybe?) among agorists/agorans, are there none here who have ever seen a "windmill" and thought it was a monster, or a "barber's bowl" and thought it was a golden helmet?
