Not an outdoor meal, but perhaps the result of too many outdoor meals. Few of us would say, "Let's have a pyknic!"

pyk· nic (pĭk' nĭk)

ADJECTIVE:
  • Having a short stocky physique.
ETYMOLOGY:
From Greek puknos, compact

OTHER FORMS:
pyk'nic (Noun)
