Book Reviews
Book reviews are a vital part of general information processing. Some reviewers describe and critique a book. Others merely describe the book. As I understand it, Delanceyplace describes but doesn't comment. If there is misinformation it a book, Delancyplace does not point it out to the reader. As far as I can tell, their reviews are accurate. That doesn't mean the data are correct. The author of the book is to be faulted if that is the case.

Re: Book Reviews
For me, they do a good job of selection. They don't actually review the book, they are trying to get you to buy the book. Their expertise is seen in their ability to find about one page of the book to reprint that both instructs you and tantalizes you to want more.
