A friend of mine just used the word 'twitterpated' on me and just the sound of it makes me want to laugh, but after looking it up on the internet, I'm sure there is some confusion in her mind about what it means. She was referring to people's nervousness around the drilling of combustible gas wells, and the dictionary talked only of Bambi and Thumper! Can you help me out with this funny one, Dr. Goodword?
Thanks,
Susan

Wiktionary only mentions Bambi.
