Conception

As we've done immaculate, perhaps we can toss in the concept of conception, too? I find it interesting how these two words are so close, but so far apart.

In a school cafeteria, I heard a girl (as I walked by
on "monitor" duty) "Oh her brain was immaculately
conceived". Never had a thought, dirty, or otherwise,
I presumed. I did not stop to ask, thankfully.
