Rather interesting how we have all these words for describing or saying things that aren't describable or say-able. Especially considering how they all seem to make you want to try to.

Not to nitpick, but irregardless means "ir" (not) plus "regardless" (not regarding). Therefore, you have just said "regarding".

Try regardless or irrespective, instead.
