And if one is an old goat, or just resembles or smells like one, one is hircine.

hir·cine
–adjective
1. of, pertaining to, or resembling a goat.
2. having a goatish odor.
3. lustful; libidinous.

Hirci and hircine both stressed on the first syllable. Hirci as in mercy, hircine as in her sign.
