Complicate

Postby Slava » Wed Aug 21, 2013 12:25 am

A simple word, no? But how many of us think about its roots, and that it doesn't just mean make tough to figure out. It boils down to being woven together. To complicate matters means to make them complex, to intertwine all the issues between and amongst themselves. Kind of like choke vines in your garden, they are all over the place and interconnected at times. Tug on one and other things come along, too. Hard to tell at times whether that's a good or bad thing. It's complicated.
Life is like playing chess with chessmen who each have thoughts and feelings and motives of their own.

A marvelous website! I shall bookmark it!
I also noticed the in-word "captcha" for capture or take-away or abstract. Tech speak should infiltrate our language as much as teen-speak has, dudes.
