Dogma 95is (was) a cinematic movement founded by Danish film director Lars von Trier and others. The point is (was) to establish a number of ironclad rules by which films were to be made, including the exclusive use of hand-held cameras and natural audio. Several films have been produced more-or-less according to the tenets of Dogma 95, most of them rather tiresome.
